I wanted to build a safe balcony on the windy side of my house but my early attempts to find compatible designers, draftsmen, engineers and builders proved futile: moreover, the prospect of seeking necessary Consents from the local Council was daunting.  I was lucky to meet Simon and the team from Forturo and they quickly organised the whole thing for me: they understood my requests and patiently incorporated my own ideas into the design.  The new balcony is just what I wanted and its hard to remember the house without it. Its a much admired improvement and has added both utility and value to the place.
